That’s the short version of our story. The long version starts with a man named David Smith and a mountain with a natural mark of an arrowhead. The springs not too far from that mark were the first source of Arrowhead® Mountain Spring Water — it’s also where we got our name.
How did Arrowhead® spring water make it down the San Bernardino Mountains to people in California? Water trains, of course (similar to the modern day water truck). Operations were established in Los Angeles to be closer to our neighbors about this time.
Trains were replaced with trucks in order to better deliver to homes, offices, stores and anywhere else thirst called. Reaching more corners than ever before, we became an integral part of our surrounding communities.
A lot of things have changed since our start — like cars, television and the internet — but our values haven't. We're still providing fresh-tasting water only from mountain springs (we've just added some springs in California, Colorado and Canada). And we're here to make sure they keep on keepin' on — just the way they have for years.Visit Our Springs
