  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT of AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV or UT, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AS OF 7/1/07. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 8/24/07. Limit one (1) entry per day. Entries made more than once in a day will be disregarded. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Neither Nestlé Waters North America Inc. (“Sponsor”) nor Universal City Studios LLLP dba Universal Studios Hollywood (the “Promotional Partner”) are responsible for entry submissions received after deadline, incomplete information, incomplete transmission defaults, computer server failure, and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data or for other technological/electronic/internet/computer error or malfunction of any kind. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that e-mail address becoming ineligible. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that an individual is tampering or attempting to tamper with the Sweepstakes or website, such individual will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted; in such event, Sponsor will select winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 am ET on 7/1/07 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 8/24/07. Any information collected by registering to enter the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules and with the Universal Privacy Policy.


  2. WEEKLY PRIZES: Weeks 1 and 2 (12 prizes): On each of the following dates: 7/9/07 and 7/16/07, five (5) winners will be selected from all valid entries received by each such date to each receive four (4) 1-day/1-park tickets to Universal Hollywood theme park and one (1) winner will be selected from all valid entries received by each such date to receive a $25 Universal Dollars voucher. Weeks 3 and 4 (12 prizes): On each of the following dates: 7/23/07 and 7/30/07, five (5) winners will be selected from all valid entries received by each such date to each receive four (4) 1-day/1-park tickets to Universal Hollywood theme park and one (1) winner will be selected from all valid entries received by each such date to receive a $75 Universal Dollars voucher. Weeks 5 and 6 (12 prizes): On each of the following dates: 8/6/07 and 8/13/07, five (5) winners will be selected from all valid entries received by each such date to each receive four (4) 1-day/1-park tickets to Universal Hollywood theme park and one (1) winner will be selected from all valid entries received by each such date to receive a $100 Universal Dollars voucher. Week 7 (6 prizes): On 8/20/07, five (5) winners will be selected from all valid entries received by such date to each receive four (4) 1-day/1-park tickets to Universal Hollywood theme park and one (1) winner will be selected from all valid entries received by such date to receive a $200 Universal Dollars voucher. Week 8 (7 prizes): On 8/27/07, five (5) winners will be selected from all valid entries received by such date to each receive four (4) 1-day/1-park tickets to Universal Hollywood theme park and one (1) winner will be selected from all valid entries received by such date to receive a $200 Universal Dollars voucher and one (1) winner will be selected from all valid entries received by such date to receive a VIP tour experience at Universal Hollywood for four (4) people. The exclusive VIP Tour Experience shall consist of four (4) 2-day/2-park tickets, front of the line access to attractions, preferred seating and a personal tour guide at Universal Hollywood. The VIP Tour Experience consists of only the items specifically listed herein. VIP Tour Experience must be scheduled by 5/1/08. Universal Dollars Vouchers are good only at Universal Studios Hollywood (Approximate Retail Value of each Universal ticket: $67.00) (ARV of VIP Tour: $2,769.00) (Total ARV of all 49 prizes: $14,289.00)


    3. If any guests of winner(s) are under the age of 18, that individual must travel with parent or legal guardian, who is at least 21 years of age or older. Prizes are nontransferable and have no cash value. Prizes do not include hotel accommodations, airfare, gratuities, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages or any other expenses not expressly stated herein, all of which are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner and guests. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations or weather conditions due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, inability of winner or guest to claim prize or related benefits in accordance with applicable rules and restrictions, and/or any other difficulties occurring during or in connection with the prize or related activities or items. All unused portions of this prize will remain the property of Universal Hollywood and will not be redeemed for the fair market value of such prize. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received prior to each weekly drawing. Limit one (1) weekly prize per person.
  3. WEEKLY DRAWINGS: Each Monday on the following dates; 7/9/07, 7/16/07, 7/23/07, 7/30/07, 8/6/07, 8/13/07, 8/20/07 and 8/27/07, potential prizewinners will be randomly selected by an independent judging agency from among all eligible entries received. Each potential prizewinner will be notified by mail at the address listed on his/her Official Entry Form. The VIP Tour Experience potential prize winner will be notified by telephone at the phone number listed on his/her Official Entry Form. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of weekly prizes. In the event of a potential winner’s disqualification for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate potential winner. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to any portion of the prize.


  4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents currently residing in AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV or UT, 18 years of age or older and have Internet access as of 7/1/07. Employees (and household family members of such employees) of Sponsor, the Promotional Partner and each of Sponsor’s parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and their affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes, if any, are each winner’s sole responsibility. No transfer or assignment of prizes permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value. VIP Tour Experience potential prizewinner and guests will be required to complete Affidavits of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Releases. Documents must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt or the prizewinner will be disqualified and, if feasible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. By entering this Sweepstakes, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, photographs, voice recordings and likenesses for publicity purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation or permission, where permitted by law.


  5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants release Sponsor, the Promotional Partner and each of Sponsor’s parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, bodily injury, death, damages or loss. Sponsor is not responsible for prize quality or utility.
