1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT CURRENTLY RESIDING IN AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV or UT, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. TO ENTER: Beginning 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 9/1/06 log on to www.arrowheadwater.com/universal with your special code from any .5-Liter bottle located inside specially marked 24-packs of Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an entry. The special code will be located behind the .5-Liter bottle label, OR for a special code without purchase, visit www.arrowheadwater.com/universal and follow the instructions posted. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 4/2/07. The same special code may be used only once each day during the Promotion Period. Entries made using the same special code more than once in a day will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Neither Nestlé Waters North America Inc. (the "Sponsor") nor Universal City Studios LLLP, d/b/a Universal Studios HollywoodSM ("USH") (the "Promotional Partner") are responsible for entry submissions received after deadline, incomplete information, incomplete transmission defaults, computer server failure, and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data or for other technological/electronic/internet/computer error or malfunction of any kind. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that e-mail address becoming ineligible. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that an individual is tampering or attempting to tamper with the Sweepstakes or website, such individual will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted; in such event, Sponsor will select winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 am ET on 9/1/06 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 4/2/07. Any information collected by registering to enter the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and with Universal Studios Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.universalstudios.com/privacy.html.

2. PRIZE: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner and nineteen (19) of his/her guests will receive a 4 day/ 3 night trip to Universal Studios Hollywood. Grand Prize vacation package includes round-trip ground transportation for winner and guests from winner's primary residence to Hollywood, Universal City, CA. If winner lives more than 300 miles from Hollywood, Universal City, CA, the winner and guests will receive round-trip coach airfare from the closest major airport nearest winner's residence to Los Angeles International Airport (Winner and guests will be responsible for ground transportation to and from the airport at point of origin). Winner and guests will also receive five (5) standard quad-occupancy hotel rooms for three (3) nights (hotel to be selected by Sponsor), twenty (20) 3-Day tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood Resort's theme parks at Universal Studios Hollywood; twenty (20) movie passes for one (1) feature movie during the entire stay; one (1) day with a photographer; one (1) day with a videographer capturing winner and guests fun experiences (group photo and/or video releases may be required); twenty (20) copies of an illustrated movie poster featuring winner and his/her guests delivered by mail to the winner's residence after the trip; and one (1) character breakfast for winner and his/her guests. The character breakfast portion of the prize will be at the discretion of Sponsor and may vary depending on availability, season and time of booking. If character breakfast does not become available, the winner will not receive a cash and/or prize alternative. Also, the winner and guests will receive a final night "reunion premiere" of the winner's movie from the videographer with a fully catered party (to be determined by Sponsor). (Total Fair Market Value ("FMV") $28,240.) Grand Prize travel arrangements must be made a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to travel and are subject to availability. Grand Prize must be taken by 12/31/07. Certain blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and must depart from the same city. Grand Prize is nontransferable and has no cash value. Prize does not include gratuities, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages or any other expenses not expressly stated herein, all of which are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and guests. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, inability of winner or guest to take Grand Prize trip or related benefits in accordance with applicable rules and restrictions, and/or any other difficulties occurring during or in connection with the Grand Prize trip or related activities. All unused portions of this prize package will remain the property of Universal Studios Hollywood and will not be redeemed for the FMV of such portion of the prize package. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

3. DRAWING: Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 4/18/07 from among all valid entries received. The drawings will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or mail on or about 4/20/07. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor not responsible for the quality or utility of the prize or portion of the prize. The cash equivalent of the portion of any prize is not permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will report value of the prize as required by law. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. No transfer or assignment of the prize or portion of the prize is permitted. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to any portion of the prize. The prize will be awarded if there are enough number of eligible entries.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents of AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV or UT, 18 years of age or older. Employees and household family members of the Sponsor, the Promotional Partner, and of each of their respective agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers and retailers are not eligible. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Any person who has won a prize in a similar promotion offered by the Sponsor during the current calendar year is not eligible to enter or win. Grand Prize winner and each guest will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release and a Travel/Liability Release. A parent or legal guardian must accompany each minor guest, who is not an adult and will be responsible for all required releases for that minor. If required, Affidavits of Eligibility/Publicity Releases and Travel/Liability Releases must be returned within ten (10) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

5. RELEASES: By entering this Sweepstakes, the winner and guests consent to the use of their names, photographs or likenesses for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Winner's guests may also be required to execute publicity releases. All entrants release the Sponsor, the Promotional Partner and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, bodily injury, death, damages and/or loss.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Travel companions, if any, must travel on same itinerary and on the same day and time as winner. Winner and travel companions further grant to Universal Studios Theme ParksSM and Sponsor the right to use and publish their proper name and state in print or any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Universal Studios Theme ParksSM, Sponsor, and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's and travel companions names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, winner releases and holds harmless Universal Studios Theme ParksSM, Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the prize won. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. Universal Studios Theme ParksSM will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.

7. FORCE MAJEURE: The failure of either Universal Studios Theme ParksSM or Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, act of domestic terrorism, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of either (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
